What I’m doing this month.
Updated · May 2026 · Arad, Romania
Building the castle. Prototyping 100+ offline-first interaction experiences for the Zamek Czocha retreat in October — small rituals, conversation formats, room-scale games, civic-theatre exercises, things that work without screens and without wi-fi. Each one gets a one-page brief, a materials list, and a post-run log. The goal: ship eighty people through a weekend where every hour has a designed surface. Half the eighty seats are taken. The ADR-Driven Development masterclass runs its fourth cohort in June.
On the data side: DomainScope is at 9M+ domains across 77 markets; the AI categorization pipeline now produces 23 attributes per entity, up from 20. ServerClaw passed ADR #443 on Friday. I’m taking one new senior engagement before September — scope here.
